Ben Parfitt joined the Intent Media team directly from leading games distributor Creative Distribution in 2005.
His knowledge of the market made him a key member of an editorial team that has successfully maintained its number one position in the UK and international market. Parfitt helped to drive the magazine's news and trade community site http://www.mcvuk.com/ to a position of dominance in the sector, and is currently news editor.
In late 2008 he was also made editor of CasualGaming.biz and has overseen a period of strong growth on the site, which is quickly establishing itself as the only trade voice that matter in the emerging casual games market just a year one from when it first launched.
